The song was written by members William Adams, Allan Pineda, Jaime Gomez and Stacy Ferguson, along with Joshua Alvarez, Stephen Shadowen, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, LaShawn Daniels, Julie Frost, for the group's sixth studio album, The Beginning (2010).
The music video premiered on March 16th on Vevo and Dipdive. The video was directed by Ben Mor, who had previously directed the video for "I Gotta Feeling" and "Meet Me Halfway".
