"Who Says" is a song by American band Selena Gomez & the Scene. It was released in March of 2011 as the lead single from the band's currently untitled third album. It debuted at position 24 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and 17 on the Canadian Hot 100 making it the band's biggest debut as of March 2011.
The official music video, which was directed by Chris Applebaum, premiered on VEVO March 11, 2011. Gomez released a short 8 second teaser of the official video on March 2.
